At the website we deliver only high quality warranty goods, however we assume that may not be quite satisfied with the purchased item and want to return or exchange for another item. Therefore, within 10 days on receipt you are free to return or exchange the purchased item. Please note that in case of return you will have to pay 15% restocking fees. However, if the item has a quality defect you will receive a full refund. Shipping expenses are non-refundable.

We also offer the following warranties to our customer:

1-Month Exchange Warranty

In case the purchased item does not work in compliance with the standards you can exchange it within 30 days upon receipt. In this particular case you will have to cover shipping expenses to ship the item back and we will cover the expenses to ship it to you.

1-Year Manufacture Warranty

All the products sold at he website are under 1-Year Manufacture Warranty which means that in case the item breaks down you can send it back to us and have it repaired free of charge. But in case it has broken down through your fault, you will be charged the cost of the replaced parts.
